The Apolla Performance Shock is a crew-length compression dance sock designed for dancers who need more than a basic studio sock. With APMA-accepted 20-30 mmHg graduated compression, patented arch and ankle support, and a padded, supportive feel, this style helps dancers feel more stable through long rehearsals, convention weekends, and multi-style training days.
Available with or without traction, the Performance Shock can be worn for jazz, contemporary, lyrical, hip-hop, musical theater, tap inside shoes, barre, Pilates, and other studio movement. Choose the traction option when dancers need extra grip on studio floors, or the non-traction option for wearing inside shoes or on higher-friction surfaces like carpet. The crew profile gives coverage and support through the ankle while still fitting naturally with most dancewear and costume needs.

HOW TO MEASURE
Use the Size Guide and match the dancer’s street shoe size to the Performance Shock sizing. Foot width, narrowness, age, and fit preference may affect the best size.
FABRIC & CARE
Wash inside out in a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle with warm water. Dry on low tumble or air dry. Do not use fabric softener, dryer sheets, or bleach. Keep toenails clipped to help prevent holes.
SIZING NOTES
The Performance Shock has a compression fit and may feel snug when putting on. If the dancer is at the low end of a size range, has a narrow foot, or prefers a snug toe fit, they may prefer the smaller size. If they are at the top of a size range, have a wider foot, or want more wiggle room, they may prefer sizing up.
