Refund policy

We accept online returns within 14 days of the delivery date and in person exchanges within 5 days of the purchase.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. All online returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Pointe Fittings appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
