Ambassador Playbook – complete with your digital posting guide, content guidelines, and expectations to help you shine.

Professional Headshot – polished images for your profile and ambassador features.

Store Features – be spotlighted in From the Top marketing, photoshoots, and campaigns.

Exclusive Dance Career Sessions – availability permitting, join optional workshops with industry professionals in a “Career Day” style experience at the store.

Community Volunteer Opportunity – give back alongside incredible organizations making an impact in the local dance community, including {254}DANCEFEST.

Ambassador Discounts – enjoy special preorder opportunities to grab items at a larger discount when we place store orders, plus an ongoing personal discount code for your gear throughout your ambassadorship.

Signature Project Opportunity – time permitting, select ambassadors may help design signature From the Top collections or choose featured items for the store.

From the Top Ambassadors represent our store with leadership, positivity, and professionalism. There’s no set participation requirement, but ambassadors are expected to eagerly join when possible — from photoshoots and in-store events to community appearances and store content.

Ambassadors share their positive experiences, help recruit future ambassadors, and serve as the eyes and ears of their studio. If posting personally, content must follow FTT guidelines.

All ambassadors must maintain good academic standing; studios will be contacted for references on leadership and character.

Here’s how it works:

1. Apply Online – Fill out the application form to tell us about yourself.
2. Studio Reference – We’ll connect with your studio to learn more about your leadership and character.
3. Final Selection – Our team, with input from studio directors and our marketing staff, will select a vibrant group of ambassadors.

AMBASSADOR TERM: through the end of June 2026.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to dancers ages 10 (by Oct 5) and up who are currently enrolled in a local dance studio.

This is the inaugural From the Top Ambassador Crew, and we’re SO excited! While we expect the process to be competitive, our goal is to build a team of dancers who inspire, lead, and represent the heart of our community.
