I reopened From the Top because Waco was about to lose its local dance store — and I couldn't let that happen. This community deserves a dance store that's genuinely invested in it. Not just a place to buy shoes, but a real partner for the studios, teachers, and families keeping dance alive in Central Texas.
We sponsor events like High School Dance Camps that give Waco's youth their first taste of dance. When they catch the bug, we're right there — connecting them to local studios and helping families get started. We need to know your program so we can send dancers your way.

We built our pointe program in direct partnership with local studio directors and instructors — and we want yours to be part of it. Partner studios get priority scheduling, exclusive in-store fitting receptions, and a direct line to our fitter so your dancers are always taken care of.

When your teacher invites a dancer en pointe, families reach out to schedule. Teacher approval is required before any first fitting — no exceptions.
We come to your studio and host a seminar for dancers approaching their invitation — what to expect, how to prepare, pointe shoe care, and Q&A. Each dancer receives a Welcome to Pointe card.
Schedule for your studio →A 30–60 minute fitting using a Brannock Device, goniometer, and a PT-informed approach. Measurements, images, and shoe selection are all documented — every fitting gets smarter.
We maintain each dancer's Pointe Record. As feet grow and strengthen, every recheck is tracked against their history — changes are informed, not guessed.

Hannah studied Kinesiology and Dance and continues to dance professionally with Ventana Ballet — including prior work as a principal soloist with Corpus Christi Ballet. As Director of {254}DANCEFEST, she's deeply embedded in the Central Texas dance community. She takes this as seriously as we do — and we will never compromise our offering here.

When able, we coordinate order drop-offs directly at your studio — a convenient option for families who can't make it in-store. Subject to availability; just ask!
Distance shouldn't keep your dancers from having access to great gear and expert fit support. For studios that aren't conveniently located near us, we offer in-studio fitting events and group order delivery — we'll come to you, or get everything shipped directly.
